Lovely Gîtes in the Tarn
Aux Volets Bleus is an old stone farmhouse, which has been converted into three well equipped apartments. Just outside the fortified medieval village of Milhars, in the very north of the Tarn department. 10 minutes to St Antonin-Noble-Val (where “Charlotte Grey” was filmed) – 10 minutes to Cordes-sur-Ciel; one of the most beautiful villages of France. There are many lovely short walks, to suit all levels of fitness, from the House.
The superb, pool (5×10 metres), with easy access steps, is at the back of the building in the secluded, sunny garden. There are loungers, tables and sunshades. For the more energetic, there is table-tennis or badminton and the courtyard is great for boules. The whole area is great walking countryside.
